Job Description
Join The Parade Hotel as a Food Runner and become an essential part of our bustling team! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to step into the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables accurately and efficiently.
- Assist waitstaff with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure all food orders are correct and presented appealingly before delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food runner stations.
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to guest needs.
