Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of our paid training program.
- Assist experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and testing of smart meters and associated smart grid components in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety standards and in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, clearly explaining the installation process and benefits of smart technology to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and report any issues encountered.
- Manage and maintain company tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and correctly.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
