Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all safety training and operational procedure sessions.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all company and OSHA safety guidelines for high-rise work.
- Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment, including scaffolding, bosun's chairs, and water-fed poles, under supervision.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and exterior facades of high-rise buildings to a high standard.
- Inspect equipment and work areas for safety hazards before, during, and after operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and safety concerns.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times while representing ABM Industries.
- Complete tasks efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants and public spaces.
