Job Description
Join our innovative customer support team as a Remote Email Support Agent, focusing entirely on text-based communication. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service without any prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via email and chat, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions to their inquiries. You will handle a variety of questions related to our products and services, troubleshoot common issues, and guide customers through solutions, all without ever needing to pick up a phone. Key Responsibilities
