Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote Work From Home (WFH) opportunity, perfect for individuals passionate about technology and providing exceptional service. As an Online Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them navigate our SaaS products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience. We value strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to support. Full training on our products and support systems will be provided, making this an excellent entry-point into the tech and SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via online chat, email, and potentially phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, guiding users through solutions.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and new features to effectively assist customers.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by creating and updating support articles.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
