Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Sponsorship Coordinator to join our events team. This is a 100% remote position where you will be instrumental in identifying, researching, and initiating contact with potential brand sponsors for various Hulu events and initiatives. Your primary goal will be to establish initial connections, gather information on potential partners, and prepare the groundwork for our sales and partnership teams. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential brand sponsors that align with Hulu's values and event objectives.
- Initiate contact with prospective brands through various channels (email, LinkedIn, phone) to gauge interest and gather initial information.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential sponsors, meticulously tracking all outreach efforts and communications.
- Prepare compelling introductory materials and pitch decks for initial brand engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand sponsorship goals and tailor outreach strategies.
- Assist in scheduling introductory meetings between interested brands and our partnership managers.
- Maintain organized records of all brand interactions and opportunities within our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new potential partnership opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or outreach tools.

Preferred Qualifications
