Job Description
TCS is seeking a talented and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our innovative team in Langford, BC. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze process requirements for automation.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using leading platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and test plans.
- Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business rules.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide ongoing support for existing RPA automations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply RPA best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and security policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in RPA development.
- Proficiency with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong understanding of RPA development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, or .NET.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Eligible for visa sponsorship for employment in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- RPA developer certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer).
- Experience with process mining tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
