Job Description
Join Fabutan Sun Tan Studios as a Tanning Salon Consultant in our vibrant Regina location! We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to be the face of our salon. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding client service, educating clients on our various tanning and beauty services, performing sales transactions, and maintaining the pristine cleanliness of our facility. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Educate clients on various tanning options, products, and safety guidelines.
- Perform sales transactions for tanning packages, lotions, and other retail products.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sanitization of tanning rooms, equipment, and common areas.
- Assist clients with salon check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Process new client registrations and update existing client information.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking shelves.
- Uphold all salon policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all clients.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
