Job Description

Caribou Coffee in Johns Creek is looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Trainee Barista / Coffee Shop Assistant. No prior experience is required – we are looking for candidates with a great attitude and a willingness to learn! Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Caribou Coffee's standards (full training provided).
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Learn about Caribou Coffee products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
