Job Description
Are you a great conversationalist who loves to ask questions and understand people’s needs? Vodafone España is looking for enthusiastic Virtual Lead Qualifiers to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and determine if they are a good fit for our services. Your primary responsibility will be to ask a series of qualifying questions and then seamlessly transfer qualified leads to our sales specialists. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in sales or customer engagement from the comfort of their home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential customers.
- Utilize a structured questioning approach to understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Accurately assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Vodafone's products and services.
- Warm transfer qualified leads directly to the appropriate sales team members.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth handover process.
