Job Description
Are you looking for a stable, full-time role where you can start immediately? Woolworths Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Pickers to join our team in Renmark. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified guidelines and deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) after receiving training
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 15kg regularly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (beneficial but not required)
- Experience operating a pallet jack or similar equipment
- A current forklift license (highly regarded, but not essential for this role)
