Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Government Printing Office Assistant to join our day shift team in Feltham. This entry-level position is ideal for an organised individual looking to start a career in a supportive and professional environment. You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our printing facility, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth and timely production of government documents and communications. Full training will be provided to help you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain printing and finishing equipment under supervision.
- Load paper and other materials onto machines.
- Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Sort, collate, and prepare printed documents for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist with inventory management of printing supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Support team members with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Required Skills
