Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career? Sobeys Inc. is urgently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Store Associates / General Helpers in Regina. No prior experience is required – we believe in training dedicated individuals from the ground up! This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will be an essential part of our store operations, ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing friendly service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including aisles, shelves, and checkout areas.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper product display and signage.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, if required and after training.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and processing deliveries.
- Support other team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
