Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead our digital advertising strategies and drive measurable growth. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of performance marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, budget management, and performance analysis across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing marketing spend, leveraging data insights to improve ROI, and leading high-performing teams. This position offers visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and other digital channels to achieve business objectives.
- Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and efficiency to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, creative, and brand teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Oversee A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continually optimize campaign performance.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Present performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid channels.
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale digital advertising budgets (7+ figures).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience in the healthcare or retail industry.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Experience with international markets or global campaigns.
