Job Description

You will work alongside experienced professionals, observe critical processes, and contribute to various operational tasks, receiving comprehensive training in all relevant areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the casino floor, observing gaming activities and guest services.
  • Learn about regulatory compliance and responsible gaming practices.
  • Support the gaming and hospitality teams in ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Shadow supervisors and managers to understand operational decision-making.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Gain exposure to various departments including slot operations, table games, security, and guest relations.
  • Assist with data entry and basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong desire to learn about casino operations and the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
