Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Day Shift Floor Staff on a part-time basis at our Bendigo location. In this role, you will be crucial to ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers have an excellent shopping experience. Your duties will include maintaining stock levels, assisting customers, and keeping the store clean and presentable. This position is perfect for someone looking for consistent daytime hours and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish shelves and displays, ensuring products are well-stocked and neatly presented.
- Assist customers with locating products, answering queries, and providing excellent service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe store environment, including aisles, shelves, and storage areas.
- Process deliveries and ensure stock is stored correctly and efficiently.
- Support inventory management through stock rotation and markdown processes.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
