Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with event setup and coordination for internal meetings or company functions.
  • Adhere to security protocols by managing visitor sign-ins and issuing visitor badges.
  • Act as a point of contact for general inquiries and provide accurate information.
