Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Afternoon Concierge to join our team in Caloundra. This casual position is perfect for someone looking for flexible afternoon hours, providing essential support and a warm welcome to residents and guests of our luxury properties. As an Afternoon Concierge, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for everyone entering our residences. Your role will involve a variety of tasks from guest reception to administrative support, all while maintaining our high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome residents and their guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist residents with inquiries, providing accurate information and local recommendations (restaurants, activities, services).
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Oversee the receipt and distribution of packages, mail, and deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and common areas.
- Handle minor administrative tasks, such as scheduling common area bookings or updating resident information.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including monitoring access points and reporting any unusual activities.
- Assist with emergency procedures as required, acting as a calm and helpful point of contact.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
