Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
- Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to Starbucks' high standards.
- Prepare and serve food items, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and efficient workplace.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and resolving issues with a smile.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred, but not required).
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not necessary as full training is provided.
