Job Description
Riverbend Distillery is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Distillery Bottling Line Worker to join our fast-paced production team. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to learn and grow within the craft spirits industry. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. You will be a crucial part of our bottling operations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality before reaching our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring bottling line machinery.
- Loading bottles, labels, and caps onto the production line.
- Inspecting products for quality defects and proper labeling.
- Packing finished products into boxes.
- Assisting with inventory management and material handling.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all sanitation standards.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.

- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not necessary.
