Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle reservation inquiries and make bookings as needed.
  • Learn and adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
