Key Responsibilities

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

- Handle reservation inquiries and make bookings as needed.
