Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and passionate Limo / Executive Car Detailer to join our dedicated team in Mississauga. This role is crucial for maintaining the pristine condition of our luxury fleet, ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous standards for cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a genuine appreciation for high-end vehicles. You will be responsible for both interior and exterior detailing, utilizing specialized products and techniques to restore and preserve the beauty of our executive cars.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive interior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning and conditioning leather, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Execute exterior detailing tasks such as washing, clay bar treatment, waxing, polishing, and paint correction to achieve a flawless finish.
- Clean and shine wheels, tires, and chrome accents to a high standard.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly for any imperfections or areas requiring additional attention.
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage.
- Operate and maintain specialized detailing equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with fleet management to ensure vehicles are ready for client assignments on schedule.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 18 months of professional vehicle detailing experience, preferably with high-end or luxury vehicles.
- Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in various detailing techniques and product applications (e.g., polishing, waxing, paint sealants).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions (e.g., bending, standing for extended periods).
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized detailing program or institution.
- Experience with ceramic coatings and paint protection films.
- Knowledge of advanced car care products and equipment.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle brands and their specific care requirements.
