Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Receptionist Intern to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Observe and assist with scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
  • Learn to maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of all patient information.
  • Help manage waiting room flow and ensure a comfortable environment for patients.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Participate in training sessions to understand medical software and practice management systems.
  • Learn about billing procedures and patient payment processing.
  • Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
