Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our busy boutique team in Secret Harbour. This is an immediate opening for a full-time position. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all customers and visitors to the boutique, providing a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling, product information, and service details.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the reception area and boutique floor.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
