Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough End of Tenancy Deep Cleaner to join our growing team in Rochester, MN. This role is crucial in preparing properties for new occupants, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working independently with the support of a reliable team, this is the perfect opportunity for you. A company van will be provided for all work-related travel, and we offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Full training will be provided, so no prior deep cleaning experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential properties at the end of a tenancy, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Utilize professional cleaning equipment and products effectively and safely.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to ServiceMaster Clean's high standards and client specifications.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within set deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and clients as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the company vehicle and equipment.
Required Skills
