Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Golf Club Grip Installer to join our dedicated team at our Coventry-based sporting goods factory. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about golf, precision, and quality craftsmanship. As a Grip Installer, you will be responsible for accurately installing grips on golf clubs, ensuring each club meets our stringent quality standards before reaching our customers. No prior experience in golf club assembly is required, as full training will be provided to the successful candidate. We are looking for someone with excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately install golf club grips according to specific club and customer requirements.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing club shafts and grips for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Utilise various tools and equipment for grip installation, including vices, cutting tools, and grip solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management of grip supplies and components.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
